Call to Artists

Celebrating 25 Years of Ukrainian Arts & Culture
Today's Top 25 Ambassadors of Excellence in the Ukrainian Arts

2011 marks the 25th anniversary of the Alberta Council for the Ukrainian Arts. As part of the celebrations, ACUA is publishing a Special Edition of ACUA Vitae this winter...and is asking for your input! The magazine will profile 25 artists or arts ambassadors who have promoted, preserved and developed Ukrainian folk and contemporary art over the past 25 years. From painters to poets, musicians to dancers, pysanky writers to photographers...we will feature artists, individuals and groups from around Alberta.

Please call 780.488.8558/toll-free 1.855.488.8558 or email info@acuarts.ca by August 1, 2011 with the names of people you'd like to see profiled. You can also use the form below to send your nominations via your email account. Nominate as many as you want or your top 25. A selection committee will choose the nominees.

We want to hear from you!
